1 - Project Purpose

2 - Risk Identification

3 - Liability for Damage

4 - Responsibility to Third Parties
The participant, when signing this term, specifically responsible for any material damage, moral, image, or any other kind, that by his action or omission will be caused to third parties. Already, the NGO disclaims number 10 shirt, as well as all its members, organizers, employees, partners and sponsors from any and all liability for damages that may be sought by third parties as a result of commissive act or omission committed by the participant.
5 - Permission to Use Image
The participant, hereby authorize the use of his image on websites, magazines, newspapers and / or television, giving organizers and all rights to the images captured in the Project 10 shirt.
6 - Participation of Children
Is expressly prohibited without the participation of children are properly accompanied by guardian, who must sign the liability waiver, consent to all rules set forth, and also present a medical certificate on the first day of class.
7 - Safety Items
The participant by signing the present agreement, is aware of the need to use all the items listed below, they are: shin guards and cleats lock, water bottle, and the monitoring of the child to the location of training and games .
8 - Behavior
The formation of teams will be based on criteria established in compliance with the assessments made by technicians, teachers of kindergarten and sports coordinator, taking into consideration the academic performance and discipline of the athlete should have a higher frequency than 90% and an average of more than seven in high school . The student who is not within these technical criteria can be turned off at any time of the program.
9 - Equipment
Each participant is responsible for their own training equipment (full uniform, shin guards, cleats and water bottle) should be in possession of items required for the activity at least 5 minutes before the start of training.
